Join Mindy Roth, Class of 2009 and Alumnae Council Vice President, at Abide Yoga for an up-tempo vinyasa class including light calisthenics, yoga poses you’ve likely seen or done before, opportunities to get groovy, and the chance to savor a sweet little rest at the end!
Mindy shares, “Yoga is one of my favorite practices to share with others — community built through motive, movement, and music. Together, we will get curious and challenge our bodies and our minds to try new things.”
After class, keep the Galentine’s energy going with dinner and drinks (on HB!), laughs, and great conversation at Scorpacciata’s—right next door to Abide Yoga.

Please note: Free parking will be available for both the yoga class and dinner in the lot behind Scorpacciata (13051 Larchmere Blvd, Shaker Heights, OH 44120). Abide does not have a parking lot, but street parking is available on Larchmere and neighboring side streets.
