Holiday Project 2025

At Allen Academy, we believe community is at the core of who we are. It’s the way we support one another, celebrate one another, and give generously so that every member of our Ram family feels valued. With that spirit in mind, I’m excited to share information about an Allen tradition: The Holiday Project.

Each year, our community comes together to make the holidays special for the incredible faculty and staff who pour their hearts into our students every day. The Holiday Project simplifies gift-giving and ensures that every Allen employee — from classroom teachers to support staff to custodial staff — is recognized and appreciated.

We invite each family to consider an optional gift of $20 (or more) per student. All contributions are combined and then equally distributed among all Allen faculty and staff during our annual Holiday Party in December. This collective effort allows us to celebrate everyone who plays a role in your child’s education, including those who may work behind the scenes but make a big impact.

Of course, if you or your child would still like to share a small, personal token of appreciation with a specific teacher, you are welcome to do so. However, we encourage families to prioritize The Holiday Project first so that our gratitude is truly shared across our entire school community. Additionally, I hope this project helps to remove the cumbersome task of purchasing gifts for multiple teachers, and for some, across multiple divisions.

Participating is simple. Submit your gift online and be sure to leave a comment about why our faculty and staff matter to you!
