Student Groups must submit their booth proposal to school leadership prior to the event. Once approved, a discount code will be issued to complete your registration. Student Groups are responsible for securing their own tables and any supplies needed for the event.
Event hours are 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Vendors may begin setting up at 9:00 AM on Sunday, 12/14, and must be fully packed up and off campus no later than 5:30 PM. Please note that power will not be available.
