To bring Lower School Without Walls to life, Breck educators need the specialized knowledge, hands-on tools, and immersive experience required to design truly transformative outdoor learning. In July 2027, Breck Lower School and the Peter Clark Center will lead a pioneering professional learning tour to Helsinki and Oulu, Finland. Through this initiative, participating faculty will earn official certification from the Nature and Environmental Education Institute of Finland (NEEIF) - bringing world-class, globally recognized nature pedagogy back home to our students.
