CWA Homecoming & Alumni Weekend 2025

Hello Tarriers! We cannot wait to see you this weekend! Below you can find a few updates in preparation for this weekend:
- The weather is looking a little unpredictable. Have no fear, we will have green poncho’s available should you forget yours at home.
- A full itinerary of events has been added to the event page for your reference! Check out all the fun activities we have planned for this year’s Homecoming!
- Due to the weather, we have combined the Beer Garden and Alumni Tent experience into one. The Beer Garden will be on the Haertl Field track and will be open from 4p.m. through the end of the Football game. Alcoholic beverages will be served until 8:30pm with a 4 beverage limit!

Throw on your green and white and join us for an unforgettable weekend of Homecoming and the return of Alumni Weekend! Whether you graduated five years ago or 45 years ago, Homecoming is a great opportunity to return to your alma mater and reconnect with classmates and some of your favorite faculty. Full Itinerary listed below:
Join us on Friday to celebrate the accomplishments of our alumni while enjoying some festive music and delicious food, and then finish off the night around the warm bonfire while cheering our Tarrier athletes on to victory! As a reminder, students attending after-school festivities must be supervised by a parent/guardian or authorized pickup representative.
3:00-7:30 p.m. | The Spirit Store will be open!
4:00-9:00 p.m. | Tarrier Beer Garden* opens on the Haertl Field Track! (The Tarrier Beer Garden is open to all guests 21+, no minors are allowed. There will be music, lawn games, food, and drinks)
4:00-8:00 p.m. | Stacks Burgers, Galileo Pizza, Kona Ice, and Bliss Ice Cream Food Trucks will be on campus between the Lowry Wyatt Butterfly Courtyard & the Chuck Wight Gymnasium (in front of Deano’s Diner)
5:00 p.m. | Upper School Varsity Volleyball vs. Auburn High School in the Tarrier Dome
5:30-7:30 p.m. | CWA Spirit Booth (face painting, pom poms, and foam fingers) on Haertl Field
5:30-6:30 p.m. | Alumni Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in the Chuck Wight Gymnasium
6:45 p.m. | Homecoming Bonfire on Haertl Field
7:00 p.m. |Upper School Football vs. Lummi Nation on Haertl Field
Then on Saturday, we will have a brunch to kick off our Alumni Weekend festivities with remarks from both the Head of School and the Director of Development & Alumni Relations. We’ll offer campus tours before breaking off into some reunions across campus.
10:30 a.m. | Welcome & Breakfast Buffet hosted by Head of School, Rachel Rippl, and Director of Development & Alumni Relations, De’Andre Jones
11:45 a.m. | Campus Tours
1:00 p.m. | Grand Reunion Afternoon Reception & Class of 2015 10-year milestone Reception
4:00 p.m. | Grand Reunion Ends
Alumni Weekend is a family-friendly event! Grand Reunion is also open to current faculty & staff and members of the Society of Elders.
