TCS Alumni Sideline Spirit Showdown

About
Dorothy Andrew Day, once known as “Play Day,” is a favorite Country School tradition celebrating our Black and Gold Team pride and is one our alumni remember fondly. This Dorothy Andrew Day on Friday, May 15, join us on the sidelines to show your Black or Gold spirit, cheer on your team, and reconnect with fellow alums. Stay for the day or drop by when you can, but make sure to join us from 11:00-12:00 for the alumni tug of war, lunch (which can be ordered on this site by Sunday, May 10), and the big announcement of the day’s champion.
POINTS FOR ATTENDING
Each attendee of the Sideline Spirit Showdown will earn a point for their team to be added to the competition for the Nils Anderson Trophy. So don’t just bring yourself, bring your Black or Gold team friends.
POINTS FOR GIVING
Whether or not you can attend on the 15th, you still have the opportunity to earn a point for your team by making a donation of any size to the Cougar Fund. Not only will you help your team in its quest for the Nils Anderson Trophy, you will help us as we make our final push toward our $550,000 Cougar Fund goal. The Cougar Fund is essential to ensuring that our students have the same foundational educational experience you had at The Country School.
WHO WILL MAKE THE BIG ANNOUNCEMENT?
When you attend the Alumni Sideline Spirit Showdown AND make a donation as part of the event, your name will be entered into a drawing to help Mr. Parker announce this year’s Dorothy Andrew Day winner. This promises to be a fun opportunity for an alum…especially if your team wins!
If you have any questions about the day, please contact Elizabeth Hackett, Director of Advancement, at [email protected] or 410-822-1935.
