Junior Interview Day 2026

Join us for Junior Interview Day on Friday, November 6, from 8:00–10:00 a.m. at DSHA!

Junior Interview Day offers students an important opportunity to reflect on their growth and development as they reach the halfway point of their DSHA experience. At DSHA, we measure this experience by The Qualities of the DSHA Graduate and we have implemented a process by which students reflect on the four quality areas: woman of faith, self-advocate, critical thinker, and communicator.

During Junior Interview Day, each student will participate in a personalized conversation with a volunteer from the DSHA community. Through this meaningful exchange, students gain valuable interview experience, strengthen their ability to articulate their growth and accomplishments, and look ahead with greater confidence and purpose.

We are seeking more than 40 volunteers to serve as interviewers. No special interviewing experience is necessary, just a willingness to listen, engage in conversation, and share your time and insight with a DSHA junior.
