FCS Event Submission Page

This page serves as the central hub and starting point for all FCS stakeholders who wish to host events promoted by the school. While we strive to honor every request, we may refrain from approving an event if it compromises other moving parts that also require care.

Heather Jones, FCS Event Planner, will work with Headmaster, Tom Carson, to ensure all submitted events fit within the overall cadence of the school calendar. Submission through this process does not guarantee that the school can accommodate preferred dates. Heather does not necessarily manage the events themselves; but she will support stakeholders in determining appropriate placement on the school calendar.

All event requests will funnel through this page so we maintain a unified, consistent event‑placement process.

Amanda Priefer, Director of Development, will serve as liaison for events with a fundraising component, ensuring the academic calendar respects the breathing room families need when financial asks are already in motion. This helps maintain a healthy fundraising rhythm across the year. Please note, as a general rule, FCS does not promote non-school related fundraisers or events.
