One day – a lifetime impact.
On March 6, 2019, Fort Worth Country Day will celebrate Founders’ Day. This day commemorates the School’s incorporation on March 6, 1962, and how so many lives were forever changed by the 16 Founding Trustees who came together with a trailblazing vision of a school that offered its students the best in academics, the arts and athletics. Together – students, alumni, parents, past parents, faculty, staff and friends – have benefited from this vision and made Country Day the dynamic college-preparatory school that it is today.
Founders’ Day gives all Falcons the opportunity to come together to make a difference in the lives of current and future students.
Founders’ Day 2019 celebrates FWCD’s past, present and future with an opportunity to give back to the School where it all began. Be a part of this historic day as we celebrate our Founders by making a gift on March 6 that impacts our future.

Since Fort Worth Country Day opened its doors in September 1963, the School carries forward the legacy and vision of the 16 Founding Trustees.
