Head-Royce Count-Me-In Parties

The Head-Royce Family Association is thrilled to bring back Count-Me-In Parties!

Want to make lifelong friendships, learn a new skill, and have a ton of fun while raising funds for Head-Royce? A beloved Head-Royce tradition is returning this March. Count-Me-In Parties (also known as “Sign Me Up” or “Parent Parties”) are back!

These events offer a chance to build relationships across grades and divisions, and support meaningful initiatives for our school: the wonderful Heads Up program, student tuition assistance, and faculty professional development.

Important Dates

From now until March 20, you’re invited to submit a party (or two!) that you’d like to host! Use this form to submit your idea.

The Count-Me-In Party Marketplace, where you can buy tickets to parties, will open on March 27—party tickets will sell out fast!

How It Works

Count-Me-In Parties are hosted by Head-Royce parents, guardians, faculty, or staff members. Hosts create the theme, plan the experience, and cover the event costs.

Guests reserve a spot by signing up and purchasing a ticket. Every ticket purchased directly supports Head-Royce programs, including tuition assistance, faculty professional development, and Heads Up. After registering, guests will receive all event details directly from the hosts.

We are committed to making these gatherings accessible to as many families as possible. Events will vary in size and activity and will include a range of price points. While participation is always optional, our goal is to ensure there is something for everyone to enjoy!

• Backyard Yoga: A yogi instructor member of our family community leading parents and guardians in a 60-minute yoga class in their backyard, light bites served after!
• US Wine Tasting for Parents/Caregivers, Faculty, and Staff: A relaxed evening at a family home featuring appetizers, wines, and a chance to mingle with fellow Upper School parents and caregivers and faculty.
• 1st Grade Movie Night: A joyful evening for 1st graders hosted at a family home.
• Sports Afternoon and BBQ for 3 families: 3 students can enjoy an afternoon of frisbee, basketball, and games with a BBQ lunch for parents and students after!
