Wow—talk about #MayfieldSpirit! Another super-generous anonymous donor has issued a last-minute #GivingTuesday challenge in memory of Sr. Barbara Mullen, SHCJ.
They’ll double every dollar donated to the Sr. Barbara Mullen Mission & Ministry Fund tonight, up to $10,000! We can’t think of a better #ActionsNotWords way to honor the memory of our beloved Holy Child mentor and guide.

With your help, this year’s #GivingTuesday on Tuesday, Dec. 3 will go down in Mayfield history as our biggest EVER one-day fundraising event. An anonymous—and extremely generous!—donor has shown their #MayfieldSpirit by offering a $50,000 matching gift challenge.
This means that every single gift will be matched, dollar for dollar, up to $50,000. This means your $50 gift instantly becomes a $100 gift, your $1,000 gift automatically becomes a $2,000 gift—you get the idea! This means we could raise $100,000 in one day!
Whether you’re a Mayfield alum, parent, past parent, grandparent or friend, we ask you to show your #MayfieldSpirit and rise to this challenge with #24HoursofActionsNotWords!
Launched in 2012, #GivingTuesday—the Tuesday after Thanksgiving—is a “global generosity movement” that inspires hundreds of millions of people around the world to give and celebrate generosity. Over the past five years we’ve raised more than $200,000 on #GivingTuesday! We invite our entire Mayfield community to step up and show their #MayfieldSpirit on this international day of giving.
And, don’t forget, with the Mayfield Family of Funds, you decide where your gifts go!
