About
Whether you are a seasoned leader or just forging your career path, having difficult conversations can be one of the most challenging activities you confront day to day. No one enjoys delivering hard feedback, however it doesn’t have to be a painful process! In fact, becoming good at having difficult conversations can set you apart as a leader who cares and grows their teams in the most meaningful ways. Similarly, learning how to have difficult conversations at work, translates directly to having hard conversations with family and friends. Learning how to do it well can have a profoundly positive impact on the shape of those relationships. Kim Arin (nee Ritter Kassnove) 97’ is a PCC coach who has worked with executives at all levels to lean into leadership with heart. In this workshop you’ll take a look at your personal resistance to having these conversations, and learn how to navigate them with confidence and ease in the future. This will be a highly interactive conversation, so be prepared to be on camera and off mute!
