Basketball Girls vs. Boys Lunch Program Fundraiser

Thanksgiving is a time for giving and to reflect back on what we are grateful for.

On behalf of the Newhalen School I am asking you if you can give. Our school lunch program funding is coming to an end next month. Beginning in 2025, we will be self-funding our food program and are in need of help. We are pursuing many avenues of fundraising including silent auctions, Newhalen Bingo donations, and more.

In our newest endeavor, we have partnered with Boost My School for online fundraising options.

Beginning November 20, we have started a fundraising challenge of NEWHALEN GIRLS Vs. BOYS BASKETBALL TEAMS!! By making a donation to our food program, you can choose which team you would like to support: the GIRLS or THE BOYS or BOTH (make a donation twice). The determination of the game schedules at the Roadhouse Rumble in February will be based on the most funds raised by the winning team.

Our goal is to raise $6,000.00 between now and December 9. So reach out via text, email, or social media to your friends, family, and loved ones and ask them if they can help fund our school lunch program.
