Washington Blvd.) locations.This two-hour workshop provides training on our safety-oriented Tinkering Mindset before diving into properly using crafting and woodworking tools at reDiscover Center. Learn how to properly use safety equipment like eye, dust, and hearing protection. Learn the safe operation of clamps, hand drills, hand saws, jig saws, and chop saws. Ask questions about tools you have at home and learn how a safety mindset can be used to approach any tool or technique. Please note that this program has an age minimum of 7.
