Grades*: 5th-8th

A fun, hands-on experience where students explore exciting math and logic puzzles through games, strategy challenges and creative problem-solving. During five interactive sessions, campers in grades 5-8 build confidence and sharpen their thinking by discovering patterns, cracking codes and solving clever puzzles together. This camp shows students that math is not just about answers—it’s about curiosity, teamwork and the thrill of solving intriguing challenges!

**Please note that this camp will mirror last year’s baking camp.**

On your mark, get set, BAKE! Who ever thought that the Great British Baking Show would come to Roncalli HIgh School? Campers will feel as if they are right on the set! During this camp, baker and entrepreneur Abigail Snyder will be working with the campers on how to work in teams and we will spend time baking, decorating, and plating. The 1st half of the week will focus on cookies and the 2nd half on cupcakes. Campers will be able to assemble, package, and bring home their sweet treats and new recipes each day to share with loved ones. Friday will culminate all that they have learned into one fun, final “bake-off” complete with guest judges! It is sure to be an amazingly sweet time!

Get ready to turn ordinary buckets into extraordinary music! Bucket Beats is a high-energy, hands-on camp where students learn the exciting art of bucket drumming using drumsticks and simple plastic buckets. No prior musical experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to make some noise! On the last day before pick up, campers will showcase their new skills in an exciting live performance for family and friends.

Grades*: 4th-8th

Campers will learn how to make bright, cheerful paper flowers. They will choose from a variety of vibrant paper colors, then practice folding, cutting and gently shaping petals with safe scissors and glue sticks.

Step-by-step instructions make it easy, and it helps with patience, creativity and fine motor skills. By the end of the activity, every child has a beautiful wreath of handmade paper flowers to take home, along with a sense of pride in creating something beautiful with their own hands.

Grades*: 3rd-5th

Join us for a fun, hands-on camp! Each camper will build 2 projects:

• Paracord jig and use them to make paracord bracelets/or to attach to any backpack or water bottle as a handle
• Catapult and test for distance and/or accuracy

Grades*: 5th-8th

This camp will give students the chance to become “history detectives.” Through different forms of media, students will investigate the past, debate ideas and piece together where we get our history from! The camp balances learning with fun, teamwork and forms of entertainment students already enjoy to build historical thinking skills!

**Must have completed one of Abigail’s baking camps at Roncalli at least one time before.**

On your mark, get set, bake….. AGAIN! Have you mastered the original Great Roncalli Bake-Off? Ready for more fun? This camp will build upon what we’ve learned in the previous camp for the next level of bakers. Baker and entrepreneur Abigail Snyder will be working with campers 1 on 1 to bake more treats and learn more skills. Friday will again culminate all that they learn into one fun, final “bake-off.” It’s going to be great!
