Wes Smith Center for Student Life
About
Faith. Family. Fun. The Wes Smith Center for Student Life was founded by community, for community. More than a place, it represents the programs and moments that bring us together—whether a class trip that deepens friendships, a celebration that unites families, or a Christmas party that welcomes alumni back home.
The Smith Center reminds us that the heart of St. George’s is found in our shared experiences and supports the experiences that make St. George’s feel like family—leadership opportunities, service projects, student wellness, and events that strengthen connection across every division and generation.
“When we think of St. George’s, our hearts are immediately lifted by thoughts of its people! Supportive families and students, beloved faculty, and intentional staff remind us of meaningful connections and lasting friendships.” — Dorree Jane and Philip Smith
Named in memory of Wes Smith ‘21, whose kindness, faith, and leadership continue to inspire us, the Smith Center carries forward his legacy of belonging and love for others.
