About
The Well-Being for Educators Summer Institute is designed to engage educators and school administrators in active learning about well-being, including self-care and professional growth constructed around the multiple dimensions of well-being.
Well-being integrates a quality of living and a sense of meaning and purpose, which is connected to our physical, mental, social, occupational, personal, spiritual, cultural, environmental, and emotional experiences.
The Institute will be held at our lakeside campus on Sebago Lake in Standish, Maine July 15-19th.
Each day of the Summer Institute will be focused on a different theme related to personal and professional well-being. Participants can plan to experience a wide range of activities that will be practical, applicable, and customized to your educational settings.
This Institute is designed to promote well-being and healthy living. The scheduled program is designed to allow time for self-care, outdoor activities, and self-selected activities for physical movement, along with a series of focused 15-minute, 75-minute, and intensive 2-hour workshop presentations.
