Meet Nick Creach, our Business Development guru. Nick brings ideas, initiatives, and activities to life with one goal in mind – helping schools grow and nurture vibrant communities! As a teacher, coach, and administrator for almost 20 years in K-12 schools, Nick knows a thing or two about days filled with learning and new challenges. Now, working with BoostMySchool, he is embracing the assignment of helping schools increase their financial sustainability. Not remembering a time where he wasn’t working with schools, he continues to be inspired and motivated by the passion and dedication that school communities share with their students.
My favorite time of day is in the morning when it is quiet and my son is just starting to wake up. Seeing his face as he wakes up brings me great joy! He always seems so excited for the countless possibilities of another new day.
The special people in my life. My father for teaching me the value of humility and hard work; my brother for fighting cancer and showing me that each minute we have should be valued and celebrated; and my wife for showing me how to be a great professional and parent - she is a powerful and amazing person!
I would say anywhere my friends and family are! Relationships matter a great deal to me and it isn’t so much where I am, but rather who I am with.
Most recently I was treated to Hot pot by our Founder and CEO, Holman Gao, and it quickly became my new favorite! Hot pot is a regional Chinese experience I would suggest you absolutely try.
Meeting new people and hearing their stories. It is always so motivating to get a better understanding of how schools work operationally and how they help kids become the best versions of themselves.
Holman is the founder and CEO of Boost My School. He actively helps his former high school with their fundraising and alumni outreach, which is how the idea for Boost My School came about. He is a strong believer in the power of education to change the world and volunteers with programs that support underrepresented students in math and science.
