We caught up with Tina Hayes, Director of Advancement at Roncalli High School to learn more about their recent Summer Social Campaign.
We held a Summer Social this summer to kickoff our 50th anniversary celebration!
Roncalli is a private high school in Indianapolis, Indiana. During the school year, we have access to our families on a daily basis, but summer is a different beast. We rely mostly on email and social media to communicate any messages we need to share. We knew we wanted lots of families to attend this summer event, but we also knew we needed to make it easy for them to attend. Selling our ticket packages through BoostMySchool made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Our families were able to purchase tickets online, and we used the reports generated for check-in at the event.
We wanted to offer a couple of different ticket packages for purchase and we were concerned that having a varied number of options may not have been easily tracked. Luckily, BoostMySchool was great at accommodating the variety of ticket packages allowing for changes and updates to be made throughout the campaign.
Personally, the reports made my life a breeze as I prepped for the event. Everything I needed to know (primarily ticket packages purchased and contact information) was at my fingertips. But I would say that our guests would say the ease of navigating through the BoostMySchool website and making a purchase was the best feature.
Just because your campaign is underway, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t make changes to it. The ease in doing so really made a significant difference to our success.
