Where do I go when I arrive to campus? When should I check in?
Registration will be held in the Grayson Student Center in the Rogers Building. Enter campus at 80 Academy Drive and follow the loop around campus. The Rogers Building will be on your left.
Friday Arrivals: Can check-in at the registration table in the Grayson Student Center from 2:00-6:00 PM.
Saturday Arrivals: Can check-in at the registration table in the Grayson Student Center from 9:00-6:00 PM.
Where should I park?
Parking is available at the Grayson Student Center, the Estabrook Dining Hall, and the visitor lot by the Academic Building. If you are staying on-campus, limited parking is available by each dorm; please be sensitive to the parking needs of our faculty who live there.
I'm staying in a dorm, what do I need to know?
Basic linens, pillows, blankets, and towels are provided. Bring an additional blanket or pillow if you need extras.
Rooms will not be locked. Please secure your valuables.
Bring a fan! Dorm rooms do not have air conditioning.
Please leave pets at home.
Please be mindful of noise - there are faculty who live in the dorms year-round.
Check-out is at 10 a.m. on Sunday, please stop by the Pinkney Boathouse to return your access card when you leave campus
What should I wear?
Dress attire is casual for the weekend but feel free to dress up a bit for evening meals if you like. Remember the June evenings in New Hampshire can get cold!
How do I register for individual meals or events?
If you are only able to join us for part of the weekend, you can register for individual meals on our registration page. If the activity or meal you would like to attend is not listed, please call the Advancement Office at (603)-569-7145 to register
I have a question, but it's not listed here. Who do I contact?
Please reach out to Caitlin Ward, Special Events and Program Manager, at (603)-569-7191 or [email protected]
