One favorite memory was seeing Patrick and his friend Adrian, dressed as their initials, PM and AM for Jog-A-Thon. I thought that was so cute and creative. I love that.

We feel Patrick all around us and are grateful for the love in our hearts.

We continue to be in awe of Patrick and will savor every memory of him from Gazelle, Kindergarten and the years beyond. Sending so much love to the Moore Family.
