We were always greeted by Mr. Ellis who wore a Jackie Robinson hat on Greystone Avenue every morning and every afternoon. A black man who loved every child of every color that walked through that school. That is the Fieldston I love and I remember let’s look to the future and put the ethics back in ethical many of us have fond memories of this place and I would like future generations to walk away with the same fond memories. “ We are the eagles, the mighty might eagles….”

The older I get the more I appreciate the education and connections made in my high school years at Fieldston! A few of us recently had a wonderful "mini-reunion" celebrating turning 60!
