This donation is intended only for the to the Michael J. F. Graae and Steffen W. Graae Scholarship Fund. I am Steffen Graae's widow. He was in the class of 1958 I am making this gift, as I have done for many years, in memory of my late husband Steffen W. Graae and his late brother Michael, and in great appreciation for their family, which is too numerous to name but includes two Kent graduates: Michael’s brother Flemming Graae and Flemming’s son Michael Graae.

I can’t think about Kent without thinking about Mr. Cracas. Two years of Latin. Thirds football as player and student assistant. Curriculum committee. He encouraged us to stretch ourselves- to always try do a little more than we thought we could, whether in the classroom, on the field, or while participating in school leadership. He was demanding but never overbearing.
