• Pricing for tickets: 1 (One) Ticket for $25, 3 (Three) Tickets for $50; or 7 (Seven) Tickets for $100. If purchasing multiple tickets in one transaction, the same name will be listed on all tickets.
• Tickets can be purchased online at any time before the drawing. Tickets will also be sold in person at select Lake Catholic events.
• Physical tickets will NOT be mailed to the buyer.
• Ticket sales begin on January 29, 2025, and will end on March 29, 2025 at 7p.
• The live drawing will take place on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Lake Catholic High School. The drawing will take place at the 41st Annual Lake Catholic Gala.
• In the event of external circumstances (weather, illness, etc.) that cause the cancellation of the Gala and/or the drawing, Lake Catholic will make arrangements to host the drawing online at the soonest availability.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
• Winner must be 18 years of age or older and an Ohio resident.
• The car must be titled to a person 18 years of age or older.
• This person must have proof of insurance at the time the car is titled to them.
• Winner is responsible for taxes, due when the vehicle is claimed.
• Winner is responsible for any personal taxes including state, and federal income tax, etc.
• Winner must claim the vehicle within 30 days of the raffle drawing.
• Winner must provide proof of identification when taking possession of the car.
• Winner must pay all license, registration, and title fees.
• If the winner does not claim the vehicle within 30 days of the drawing, another winning raffle ticket will be drawn. This ticket will be selected from the remaining raffle tickets that were not selected.
• The winner need not be present to win.
• Lake Catholic High School administration reserves the right to make the final decision in any dispute.
• Members of the Lake Catholic Advancement, Marketing, Alumni, and Administration Offices are not eligible to participate/win.
