Senior Celebration 2024

Please sign all of the waivers below for Legacy 925 prior to registering for the event.

This year’s Senior Celebration is jam packed with more events!

There will be Urban Air Trampoline, Laser Tag, K1 Racing, Axe Throwing, Bowling, Pool and extra raffle prizes! Reserve your student’s spot asap!

Senior Celebration 2024 Ticket Pricing:

• $150 if paid by Jan. 26
• $175 if paid by March 2
• $200 if paid by April 12
• $225 if paid on April 13 and after

Permission slip and waiver form - NOTE: All students must have a parental signed waiver regardless of whether they are 18.

By registering below, I hereby give my permission for my son/daughter to attend the Notre Dame Prep Senior Celebration starting at 7:30 p.m. on May 19, 2024 and ending at midnight on May 20, 2024. I understand that my son/daughter must be checked in by 7:45 p.m. and will not be allowed to leave Legacy 925 until the event ends at midnight.

I acknowledge and represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of the above named student and that I have read and understand the information regarding the 2023 Senior Celebration. I also understand that the games and athletic events available may pose certain risks to the participants. I therefore, waive and hold Notre Dame Preparatory School, the Senior Celebration Committee and volunteers, the Board of Trustees, harmless from liability relating to the use of such games and activities. I also understand that if I wish to revoke this permission, I must do so in writing within 48 hours prior to the event.

You will not receive a ticket for admission, and tickets will not be sold at the door. Names will be posted on the NDP office window of paid students and updated as needed.

Please do not bring outside beverages. Sorry, there will be no refunds.
