In honor of Timothy "Timmy" Moriarty gone too soon. RIP Brother
I support O'Dea because it was the best educational experience a young man could have. When I started in 1993 I was a guy with two sisters, when I graduated in 1996 I graduated with more than 100 brothers. I still feel the same way today. This year is another bittersweet donation, in the name of a passed classmate and friend/brother. RIP "Timmy"

In almost five decades of teaching, my thirteen years serving as a faculty member at O'Dea High School were the hands-down highlights of my career! I also entrusted O'Dea with my son, who was full of unmet potential. Every ounce of that potential blossomed beyond expectations at O'Dea and ultimately resulted in his medical career treating patients in underserved areas across the country.

My memories of my student years at O'Dea are overwhelmingly positive. I truly was nurtured by caring, dedicated teachers, and challenged (in a good way) by not a few, including in athletics. Whenever reconnecting with former classmates, it's as if no time at all has passed. "Brotherhood for Life" wasn't, to my knowledge, a catch-phrase back in the 1970's, but it certainly has proven true, now, coming-up on 50 years since graduation. I support O'Dea, recognizing that I was richly blessed by my time at the school, and wanting to pass that blessing on to present and future students. Go Irish!
