The Mount Carmel Fund

The Mount Carmel Fund is an annual campaign that plays a vital role in the financial strength of our school. As tuition dollars meet only part of the actual cost of educating a student, we need to raise additional funds each year to support the gap between tuition, and other income, and the actual operating cost of the school.

Your gift helps underwrite many types of expenses throughout the year. It ensures that we can attract and retain exceptional faculty by helping to fund teacher salaries and professional development. It also aids in tuition assistance for families, gives students access to state of art technology, continues the improvement of facilities, and increases student resources and learning environments. Support for the Annual Mount Carmel Fund allows our school, our faculty, and our students to thrive.

In 2017, we launched the Inspired by our Past, Investing in our Future Campaign. This initiative drove $4,612,539 of investment at Our Lady of Mount Carmel School, enabling significant physical plant improvements, enhanced tuition assistance, and improvements in Science and Technology. Specifically, air conditioning in community spaces, waterproofing, new lighting & ceilings, the McKenzie Chemistry and Physics Lab, the Lower School STEM Lab, 1:1 technology, renovating student lockers, upgrade our dance studio, the Wellness Center Space, and so much more.
