What is a Reunion Gift?

To honor the milestone years celebrating during Reunion Weekend this year, we encourage all classes ending with a ‘5’ or a ‘0’ to collectively reach 25% participation in The Proctor Fund by June 30, 2025!

  • A Reunion Gift is typically a “stretch” commitment above and beyond your usual annual giving support.
  • Payments may be made over as many as five years, with your total commitment over that time recognized as your Reunion Gift.
  • Reunion classes strive to achieve increased dollar and participation goals and lead the way for their fellow alumni.
  • All classmates are asked to participate in the Reunion Gift in a communal spirit of reunion giving.
  • Just as important, this tradition of giving back links Proctor Alumni of every era.

Registration options

Boarding Student Package

$150

Includes all weekend meals, drinks and on campus activities. Proctor Dorm Accommodations Friday and Saturday night are included. Each dorm room is equipped with two twin beds, bedding, pillows and towels. **Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in dorm rooms.

Day Student Package

$60

Includes all weekend meals, drinks and on campus activities. Lodging NOT included

***Boarding Package Please Note: Children 10 & under are expected to room with their parents. Please bring sleeping bags, pack & plays, etc. If your child is 11+ and would like their own bed, we can arrange for them to have a separate room in the same dormitory.

Friday Evening Dinner

Extracurricular Activities

Friday Lake Sunapee Country Club Golf Outing and Breakfast

$135

Enjoy a hearty breakfast at Tucker’s and get to know one another before the golf outing. Fee includes: Driving range, 18 holes of golf with cart at Lake Sunapee Country Club and breakfast prior to the game.

Saturday Morning Horseback Trail Ride

$60

Meet us at Whisper Winds Farm in East Andover (10-15 minutes from campus) for a horseback trail ride led by owner Allison Barry P’15, ‘17. The group will meet at 10:45AM Saturday, June 1 for an approximately 90 minute experience. Please note this will run into the first part of the lunch hour, but you will return to campus in plenty of time to grab some lunch.

Maximum Rider Weight - 190 lbs. Riders must be at least 10 years old.

Saturday Afternoon Horseback Trail Ride

$60

Little Hornets Babysitting Program

Friday Evening Babysitting

$20

On Friday evening, group babysitting services will be available from 5:30-9:00 PM. Kids will enjoy a pizza party for dinner.

The babysitting program is designed for children 2 and up. After a child is “picked up” from the program, they are no longer under the group supervision. Due to limited staffing, the babysitters cannot hold onto a baby monitor or check in on a child in a dorm room after they have left the group. We appreciate your understanding!

Advance registration is required.

Saturday Evening Babysitting

On Saturday evening, group babysitting services will be available from 5:00-10:00 PM. Dinner will be provided by our Dining Services Team.
