Regina Dominican had high standards and expectations. Sister Rita Cecile: Math teacher, Sister Bernice Anne: English teacher, and Sister Marie Dorothy: Speech teacher gave me a solid foundation for meeting life as a woman. Competing with men in a man's world for over 60 years has never been an overwhelming challenge. At Regina- women were responsible for all aspects of our own clubs, organizations and academic pursuits. I was a mediocre student (at best!) and yet....through osmosis... gained a quality education. I hope that the girls at today's Regina will be the leaders of the future; that they will be grounded in a solid moral foundation, that they are prepared for life with strong logic and ongoing faith.
