CHS Giving Day 2021
All in for CHS!
What does it mean to be All in?
Being all in means working all summer to completely re engineer the schools academic spaces and schedules. Being All In is trying to figure out which zoom link to access for your child during remote Fridays. Being all In is implementing and adhering to the policies that keep our families, staff, and students safe.
Together, we have been All In, All year. All for the teachers, students, mission and each other.
What is a giving day?
A Giving Day is a 24 hour digitally driven fundraising and engagement campaign with the goal of rallying a nonprofit’s community behind a particular cause. In this case, supporting the 2021 CHS Annual Fund.
Why are we doing a giving day at CHS?
CHS needs diverse sources of revenue—in addition to tuition—to provide the meaningful, high-quality education for which we are known and respected. Whether in the form of extra cleaning supplies, additional staffing needs, or new educational equipment to connect teachers and students during remote learning, gifts to the Annual Fund provide the school with the financial flexibility our community needs in order for CHS to remain open and educate students safely and responsibly.
We’ve already raised $459,321 out of our $530,000 goal for the 2021 Annual Fund, Go ALL IN now and help us reach our goal on Giving Day!

What does my gift support?
A robust Annual Fund secures unrestricted gifts that directly support our students and teachers. It is the lifeblood of our school, touching every aspect of our students’ lives, and it is the means through which we may provide high quality academic programs, fund teacher professional development, or enhance a classroom by addressing a pressing need.
The Annual Fund directly supports the people and programs that make a CHS education unique, including:
5:1 Ratio of students to faculty
Average class size: 15
30% of students receive tuition assistance
Staff holding advanced degrees: 47
