Q:

Where Can I Stay?

A:

We have brought back on-campus housing in the dormitories! Alumni are welcome to register for on-campus housing. All effort will be made to accommodate roommate requests.

Recognizing that some may feel more comfortable staying off campus, we do have a block of rooms reserved in Concord. See Accomodations page for more info.

Q:

If I am staying in the dorms, do I need to bring sheets and a pillow?

A:

Your bed will have linens (fitted, flat and pillowcase), a light blanket, pillow and a towel set. You might consider bringing a secondary blanket, pillow and a fan.

Most dorms consist of shared baths and rooms with one or two single twin beds.

Q:

Are the dorms air conditioned?

A:

No, the dorms can be warm in June. We encourage you to bring a fan.

Q:

Can I stay in my old dorm room?

A:

Possibly, we will do our best to accommodate all dorm requests; however, we can not guarantee that you will be in your first choice. We encourage you to register early to increase your chance. Please contact Alumni Coordinator Kendra Toy to request a specific room at [email protected] or 603.286.1818

Q:

I've registered for Reunion. Where do I check in?

A:

Once you arrive on campus, be sure to stop by the Reunion Headquarters in Knowles Lobby to check-in for the weekend, pick up your name tag, and ask all your questions.

Q:

I have food allergies, will there be food I can eat?

A:

Yes. Please make sure to fill out the section on registration noting that you have a food allergy, or reach out to Kendra Toy at [email protected] or 603.286.1818.

Q:

Is there a dress code?

A:

There is not a dress code during the weekend, we want you to be comfortable! Daytime activities tend to be more casual, while evening events tend to be more business casual. Make sure to check the weather forcast in advanced.

Q:

I didn’t register ahead of time, can I still come?

A:

Yes, we prefer that you register ahead of time to help us coordinate meals and overnight accommodations.

Q:

Can I bring my spouse/child/family member/significant other to reunion?

A:

Yes! We welcome all guests. They will also need to register for the events. The more the merrier!

Q:

I would like to help coordinate my class. How do I become a volunteer?

A:

Please Contact the Alumni Office at [email protected] for more information.

Q:

Can I get a refund if I do not attend Alumni Weekend?

A:

We will gladly accept refunds up until May 31st, 2024.

Q:

I have already registered but would like to add on- on campus lodging, what do I do?

A:

Please reach out to Kendra Toy at [email protected] or 603.286.1818, and we can get this added to your registration.
