On behalf of the entire Trinity Hall community, thank you for choosing to honor Veronica Szenzenstein with a gift to Trinity Hall in her memory. Veronica was a member of the Class of 2021 and was the recipient of the Perseverance Award when she graduated from Trinity Hall, and she will forever be the embodiment of that core value.
Your contribution to the Veronica Szenzenstein Memorial Scholarship Fund is deeply appreciated and will be instrumental in ensuring that that Trinity Hall remains an educational option for young women in the central New Jersey region.
Veronica Szenzenstein, 20, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2023, at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, NYC, with her parents by her side. Born on October 22, 2002, to Jacqueline and Glen Szenzenstein, she lived her extraordinary life in Wall Township, NJ, along with her sister, Samantha. Veronica was beautiful, quick witted, with an enormous heart, and the biggest, brightest smile. She was generous, loyal, and so incredibly strong.
A graduate from Trinity Hall High School, she enjoyed spending time with friends, running cross country and track, then advancing to become the assistant to the assistant coach. She was accepted to the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and will always be a Tar Heel.
Her passions included reading, fishing, and spending time at the beach with her family and friends. As a hobby, she taught herself to crochet, eventually started her own business called Veronica’s Crocheted Creations. Veronica will be remembered for her perseverance, strength, and grace. She will be missed dearly.
Surviving are her parents, Glen and Jacqueline Szenzenstein, her sister, Samantha, her grandparents, Richard and Mary Ann Szenzenstein and Joseph and Mary Tortoriello.
