Shadows and Light: A Morning Advent Retreat for Ursuline Alumnae and Parents of Alumnae

Please join Ursuline Alumnae and Parents of Alumnae for a half-day Advent Retreat on the Ursuline campus led by Mary-Kate Tracy ‘94, Mission Director at Ursuline Academy.

Shadows and Light: An Advent Retreat invites participants to explore the interplay between darkness and light during the Advent season. Participants are asked to consider the moments where they have felt lost in shadow—times of uncertainty, pain, or distance from God—and contrast these with moments of divine illumination, grace, and hope that bring light into the world.

As we pause, reflect, and renew together, we consider how God works in both the light and the shadow, reminding us that no matter how dark the world may seem, Christ’s light is always present, waiting to break through with love.

Please join Ursuline Alumnae and Parents of Alumnae for a half-day Advent Retreat on the Ursuline campus. We encourage you to carve out time to rest, restore, and prepare for the coming season at this morning retreat led by Mary-Kate Tracy ‘94, Mission Director at Ursuline Academy. All are welcome!
