Overview of Events

Community Breakfast | 7:30-8:30 a.m. | Middle School Commons

We hope our current students, families, faculty, and staff will start their day with us in the Middle School Commons for our Founders’ Day Community Breakfast. We’ll have a menu of scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, and pastries available. We will also have vegetarian proteins available.

All-School Assembly |1:30pm-2:30pm | Wight Gym

Featuring student performances and the presentation of the Alumni of the Year (AOY) & Inspirational Faculty Award. Additionally, we will honor members of our Society of Elders who are in attendance. This assembly is open to past Alumni of the Year recipients, Society of Elders, and past Inspirational Faculty Award recipients

Founders Day Reception | 2:45pm-4:30pm | Courtyard between Wight Gym & Middle School

Following the assembly we will head to the Courtyard for the Founders’ Day Afternoon Reception featuring music, food and beverages, and activities. You’ll also hear some brief remarks from John Long ‘64, Board of Trustee Diane Hunt, and Director of Development & Alumni Relations De’Andre Jones. This reception will be for all members of the community but with a special invite to those former AOY award recipients, Inspirational Faculty award recipients, and members of the Society of Elders.

While registering for this event is not required, it is highly encouraged for logistical purposes. We look forward to welcoming you back to campus for this beloved tradition in honor of Sam & Nathalie Brown and to celebrate the incredible accomplishments of our community!
